Water/Fire Meditation

Inhale.

Feel the cool air entering your body, as if you're taking a sip of water.

Exhale.

Watch as the warm breath leaves your body, as if heat is evaporating in the cool air.

Inhale water.

Exhale fire.

Repeat 3x. For balancing passion with compassion, transforming anger into peace, reducing inflammation, calming nerves, easing pain.
